3. Service Fees
Our service fees are in addition to any applicable Maryland MVA fees, excise taxes, or other government-mandated charges. All fees will be disclosed to you before services are rendered. Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except as required by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation for all services. You must ensure that all documents you provide are authentic and legally valid. ASG Tag & Title LLC is not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation provided by the client.
5. Appointment Policy
Appointments are recommended for all services. Walk-in service is available based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment with all required documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
ASG Tag & Title LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for MVA processing delays, system outages, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information. MVA requirements, fees, and procedures may change, and we recommend verifying current requirements with the Maryland MVA.
